The templates are bland and don't feel modern.

Modern, nice, and it's NOT cheap. 

Mobile homes are relatively cheap.  

But my 4 renters are in there 30's-50's and work 50+ hours / week building naval ships and submarines and they enjoy being close enough to walk to the shipyard and coming home to a brand new house with all the modern upgrades. 

Here is my current set up:1) ShowMojo for managing the self showing listings (It has some self showing anti-fraud services, syncs with smart lockbox to issues codes, etc etc)2) CodeBox Jr smart lockbox where I have the keys3) ReoLink Go Plus Cellular Camera with a $5 per month T mobile data only sim card.

Or maybe I'm way off base and the modern day Einsteins of Marco/Alex, and Tai were going to defeat low-cost on-line shops like Amazon/Wal-Mart and TEMU.
