Baselane doesn't currently have an app but I find most of the features that I am using (the banking, bookkeeping, and rent collection) features are mobile enabled and easy to use on my iPhone.

I suspect the person who originally turned it into a fiveplex only applied for permits to make a fourplex and then did the 5th unit fly by night (perhaps at a later date) in order so the property would still be considered residential and allow for better financing possibilities.

Ugin,When you say permanent foundation it is required by Fannie Mae, FHA, VA and Freddie Mac that a manufactured home/Mobile Home be on a permanent foundation.
