Tenants miraculously find ways to move or pay for things when they learn you don't care about their hard luck stories.  

The current idea is a forced quarantine lasting 2-4 weeks.At this point, I'm more concerned about my investors money than the profit I might make if these miraculously sell given the current circumstances.  

So a day goes by and he comes back to say that he talked to his agent and he miraculously found a buyer within 24 hours at $275k and wants us to match that offer.

SO Prosecuting this "Rent Skimming" Law should prove very difficult if the buyer at the HOA sale attempts to locate the current servicer of the loan ( A Miraculous Feat in itself) and attempts to make arrangements to make the payments or negotiate the loan with the servicer and gets the standard Brick Wall that the banks will give you in this situation.

He is a self-described "foodie" and the only requst he had of me was for a second oven rack, which I miraculously had because my personal oven came with 3........except for a request a few months later he emailed and asked for " a couple" of household fire extinguihers.  

I think it's miraculous how many trillions our economy has absorbed without inflation since 2008.
