Unfortunately, this is generally catered more towards folks that don't know, don't care or too focused on a few bucks. 

My general rule of thumb is that a property needs to do 15-20% of the purchase price in gross rental income.

Third piece of advice, it's too general for me to say Ohio sucks.

With a smaller syndicator you will have access to the general partners for questions or phone calls.
