I am unable to afford the membership for the software and I am looking for someone who can provide me with access to continue my searches.

I am a rookie with only 1 rental property as a house hack and I was using rent redi as my payment software until I realized that it charges the tenant a 10 dollar fee every time so goes and pays rent and I don't like that at all if I already paying them every month through my pro membership.

I cannot find this information on BP - if anyone is aware of specific articles on this topic which are on the site (I have pro membership), please advise?

I see many brokerages have already told their agents that NAR membership is no longer required.

I am in the midst of trying to get back a $99 "membership" fee that was charged after I cancelled.

It cannot buy a membership in an entity that owns real estate. 

However, if RentRedi is covered with my BP Pro membership, that could save us on over head fees. 

Also, if you're looking for some basic calculators, spreadsheets, and other resources for getting started out and don't want to spend as much, keep in mind he has some other communities as well that can help with the basics without shelling out the $1500/mo. for the inner circle membership.

Most syndicators are selling you a membership interest in the partnership which owns the real estate and not the real estate itself.
