People either loathe them or love them.

banks are loathe to take over a loan or re-lend on a failed deal from another bank.

And to be able to earn money without clocking in(which I loath)...I have never bought RE before but I have had countless W2 jobs.

I'm loathe to pick up the property if I can't make it cashflow, but I am tempted, based on it's central location and lot size.

I loathe bad wholesalers who don't even know how to write a contract properly but think they should get massive assignment fees.

Then again, I loathe HOAs almost as much as I do governments! 

Aside from the approximately $50K that I lost, and the self-loathing for allowing myself to be get deceived, I now have a destroyed credit score and have sunk even thousands more into credit card fees / finance charges. 

While I loathe carpet, if you intend on keeping the carpet upstairs anyways, I would follow suit with carpet on the stairs.

I simply LOATH anyone who trys to wholesale or resale a MLS listed property.. to be its bush league and if you want to be a real investor buy the friggen thing then sell it.. 

Those concessions are deferred to be repaid in monthly installments over 12-24 mos going forward.May just cash out 1-2 of the equities in the STR;s pay the cap gains (which in normal times I'm loath to do!)
