I'm not sure how I would offer to do a specific job or task when I'm not even sure of the tasks that are typically needed to be done in a RE deal. im not sure if my question makes sense to others but hopefully i could get some advice on how to go about offering my services of time. thanks for you time! 

Just make sure you do a diligent job when vetting tenants.

“The merits panel now has the appeal, which remains expedited, and a briefing schedule will issue forthwith.

The seller and their agent hopefully did a good job communicating with that tenant to set expectations.

Our project management kept everything on schedule, making the property highly attractive to buyers.

If you provide any kind of substantial services like catering, car service, etc you will change you tax situation and no longer can file under Schedule E.

Typically when people graduate they look for a job and move to the area of the job.
