If I may, a lot of the issues we are running into with insurance is that consumers no longer use insurance as a catastrophic fall back but rather, they nickel and dime on small claims that compund into larger issues. 

My business partner is able to issue IUL.

We use an emr known as synkwise to document patient and business related issues such as compliance issues and certifications for our caregivers.

We pulled every trick in the book, and the odor remains.Another issue is that when tenants violate one rule, they tend to violate more.

I have newer properties that spec builders just through up and have issues with. 

I think there are liability issues with putting some kind of booze out.

There were a number of issues, but the big one was a "repair" charge they lied about.

A lot of maintenance issues are repeated again and again on all the properties a PMC manages.So, a PMC has pretty good idea of what many issues cost.
