It wasn't a big personal injury case or anything so my assumption is that no attorney wanted to take the case on contingency, and they did't have a few thousand dollars to pursue it.

Unfortunately he had an electrical issue ( that engine must not have mags ) but anyone total power failure coming from Truckee one day he was just entering the 45 and of course  could not make the run way.. and landed in the vineyards which cushioned his controlled crash landing.. minor injuries he was lucky.. plane was totaled though..

These are slightly cheaper as they don’t cover personal belongings inside the home (that’s why the renters get renters insurance.) but they offer different coverage or options like more personal injury or lost rent.

If I can jump through all the hoops.. my debt to income ratio is on my side, its very low. income tax season is here, so that will help me out. one issue is; my work has been slow the past couple months, only working 2-3 days a week. but we are finally picking up and should be busy for a while, my YTD income/income over the past 2 years has not been very good due to having 4 surgeries(work out injuries).... although I was collecting short term disability all 10 months off work. hopefully the bank see's how much money I make a week now and everything works out, wish me luck BP FAMILY :)

There should exist a 24-Hour-Notice-To-Vacate procedure for special cases such as: imminent threats, reckless endangerment (causing serious risk of injury to someone else on the premises other than you), inflicting substational personal injury ect.
