The true test of a company is how they interact & stay engaged to resolve those issues, which we always try to do to the best of our ability! 

@Andres Rodriguez and @Srikant Puvvada Southern Impression Homes is a pretty reputable group from what I've heard, but I haven't interacted with them myself.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

Property managers still have to be managed, so they don’t alleviate your interaction with your properties.  

Could probably share an outside view of this interaction, but you have to address these situations head on or they will take over your property.Recent D story you can google is Western Manor Apartments in Dayton, OH. 15-16 years ago the property was a war zone!!!

Primarily the lux market.. while she is not on BP .. because of my interactions on BP I will get folks frequently asking me for agent referrals not only Vegas or Portland the two markets I have personal homes in but all over the country..

Note I have every intention of doing exactly what I told them I would do and I suspect every tenant has believed I would do as I say because their interactions with me would not lead them to another determination.This explanation combined with good screening and some good luck has so far resulted in no need to evict anyone in 50 years.
