For instance, real estate and business law have a decent amount of overlap, while family practice, intellectual property rights, or other similar sects of law do not.A small one-stop shop generally will not serve all your needs as you continue to grow in business and a great attorney is aware of that and will align themselves with service provides that are supplementary to their own. 

When earlier in the career there is this innocence, and so you freely share everything, spending considerable time and energy giving away valuable intellectual property (if it wasn't valuable, why would people seek it and soak it up), because your acting in good faith so you naturally/naively believe so is everyone else. 

For what its worth I agree with you:  wholesaling is emergency service . . . costly but worth it at the moment.I think to be intellectually honest we have to acknowledge that it IS on a spectrum of ethics. 

It's an intellectual conversation that has no practical purpose.If there is one thing that I have learned over the past 25+ years of investing, it is to stay invested but pivot based on market conditions.

That's being intellectually dishonest, people.there's CapEx, there's maintenance and repairs, Vacancy & other line items you need to account for.

And, I generally lean intellectually libertarian.  

They're such distinct ideas and I don't see any academic or intellectual connection between the two, so that's a confusing conversation to have.
