But you just gave me another idea, and that is to label the wires, and the ports and take a picture and put that in the book in case someone, pet, children, etc. unplugs the wires and then I get a phone call on how to hook them back up. 

Schedule C on your taxes is titled "profit & loss for business" so with your STR income now being labeled as a business, (because it is) lenders will want to see consistency and growth in order to be able to use any of the income to offset the STR's debt services.

I would hardly label these areas as low-income or needing any additional incentives for investment because there is already a ton of activity.
