Hi All,I  heard a lot about wholesaling real estate and it’s sounds like a good way to enter real estate with a low investment.Only thing is I get very skeptical when I see gurus on YouTube pushing and selling courses for certain industries. 

While different industries may have additional location requirements, there are four basic requirements.Low crime: Companies are unlikely to establish new operations in high-crime cities.

We took an Ag zoning to Commercial then allowed a Special Use to Self Storage which is Industrial. 

There are Class A industrial projects underway and the development of a large retailer.

Brokers have their place in the industry as do retail banks/mortgage bankers.
