I'm starting with throwing up batt insulation above the cellar hall (which will include clearing a lot of dirt and debris, and which is only possible beneath the bedroom - much of the crawlspace under at least one adjacent room is inaccessible to me until I can enlarge an access hatch, not possible at this time.)

I could understand how making BOTH doors inaccessible to me would accomplish what he wants, but he knows I have a right to entry so he just wants one door.

I always considered the shark bite connectors to be temporary in most cases, although I know that's not how they were intended and I myself have several in my primary residence in accessible areas (before I evolved to crimp) that have lasted for over ten years.

Electrical systems also need to be pretty inaccessible, otherwise you can end up with various tradespeople actually setting up shop in their space, running equipment etc. on your dime.Storage is at a premium here, a 10x10 space goes for over $200 per month, and they are still building more!

Lots of cleaning, scrubbing and Kilz paint along with a reputable HVAC duct work company to sanitize the in-accessible duct work (located in a slab floor).Purchased the house on April 30 and it was rehabbed and sold on July 30 for a $40k profit.
