Focus on getting the place ready for the next tenant.For expensive things, I wonder if putting baggage trackers on them in a hidden location would allow you to locate them if they 'walk away' from your property?

I learned that illegal dumping is like a hidden tax Based on the extra costs, etc., so much I didn’t know when I bought.

Not to mention the added gems he drops regarding other aspects of investing.

When we present an offer it is solid aside from any hidden needed repairs. 

At the Bank we do order a Condo questionnaire that asks those specific questions up front during processing but there can be hidden things not seen.

For the most part, though, lenders are generally not hidden.  

Smaller ones are filling up within 12 hours and the large unit they left with 2x 5 gallon water jugs to empty into AND a catchment below....because obviously the sellers knew that it fills over 5+ gallons in just TWO DAYS.We have had to get a structural engineer in who has noted other water damage throughout the basement (unfinished) that was hidden behind sellers boxes and personal items during our inspection. 

They often have them and some are really nice neutral colours.for appliances, look at ones on sale where they might have a scratch or small dent on one side-if that faces a cabinet and is hidden, no one is going to notice.Can you paint the cabinets? 

Be aware that if you have a 401(k) or IRA, your fees are hidden and you are paying a lot more than you think for those fees.
