The property alone is worth a million but is generating an estimated $250k/ yr with the ability to add 3 units on site and acquire an additional 13 acres.

And the really messed up ones, they don't even give a landlord an option, per fine print in contract, they just go out and do whatever and send a bill after the fact. 

They are essentially the same thing you are describing, but sharing an "expert opinion".I am also not a fan of how BiggerPockets itself is doing this same thing in the forum by posting blog posts and you don't have the ability to comment on the posting (because some times I disagree with the posting!)

I wonder in situations if you received a line of credit from a lender who secured the line against a specific set of assets, and the borrower defaulted - would that agreement give the lender the ability to liquidate those assets?

So, this is the second thread in which you've attacked my ability to do math and my integrity.  

If you have no desire or ability to go to your own hundreds of thousands dollar investment, why even deal with it?

Continue reading as much as possible and couple that with your ability to network and meet people in the industry.
