Recognize buying rent ready units have very thin margins and most properties purchased off the mls will have negative cash flow.  

But I will be honest, the rentals I have been added the last 2 years here in DFW have negative cashflowed.

@Jordan Meltzer unless you find a screaming deal - a Class A property won't cashflow for 3-5 years.Class B: 1-3 years.Class C: most investors don't properly understand the risks, so should stay away from them.So, you may need to deal with negative cashflow, but plan on appreciation increasing your wealth.

There are just as many negative reviews as there are positive.  

The problem was they start a new company every few years after scamming people so it was very little negative information on the new name, Launch Your Leads.

We understand that not every negative item we dispute will come off.We persist until we succeed because you must have a high-level of doggedness as a real estate entrepreneur.We understand there will be sunk costs and time being wasted.

The politicians don’t really care the negative outcomes and just want the votes.
