I have no need for the rent collection or tenant screening as this is a function my property manager does for me.

It was a 1-bedroom apartment with a weird living room space that didn't feel functional. 

But current search functions or magnifying glass is inefficient.  

The place is labeled as a single family but has a fully functioning 2br basement that works well as a 2nd unit. 

I’m supposing that the function where you can report rule violation anonymously doesn’t work???
