Then we paint everything with Kilz to block any remaining odor.

BTW:  my advertising lists my phone, I get their email and email the application PDF to them (It's empty so there's no foul). 

You won't be making any money from this unit after the tenant moves out if it's not up to code, so no harm, no foul. 

He also removed and exterior hot tub outlet that was not up to code.We began painting all of the walls in Kilz Latex and the floors in Kilz Original to eliminate animal and smoke odor.  

Some applicants may cry foul but they will not have any proof to support that claim.Do I care, am I worried ....No because there is zero proof I am violating any human rights codes.
