The Capital Region is comprised of 7 cities and about a dozen smaller towns and villages.

My duplex is in a prime location on a side street in the middle of our village which is always a plus, is quite large, one side is a 3/1 and the side I’m living in is a 3/3 and it has 2 deeded parking spots in the adjacent parking lot.

(I'm tired of salmon, except maybe Ivar's or Tillicum Village) There are Azteca's around the Seattle area, yeah.

I suppose I can expect some level of appreciation considering the housing market in Columbus and the areas that I am looking at (Franklinton, King-Lincoln Bronzeville, Marion Village, etc.), but I can't really put a hard number on that.

We are in Niagara currently (Wellandport), but lived in the Bloor West Village for 15 years back in the music days. 

Before I retired I worked with a developer that had an idea of creating a unique STR village on his property on top of the mountain.

It's a shame for those that are beginners in our industry and are living in a potemkin village. 

Many of the units we rent in this price range would be in areas like Berwyn, Cicero, Lyons, Bellwood, Broadview, or in areas of the city like Little Village. 

I'm about to buy a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom  in Locust Lake Village for short-term rentals (Airbnb).

I would like to use my equity to buy more rentals, or build more properties or expand outside of the rentals into rv parks, storage, or tiny home villages.
