Low ReturnsIt's very hard to discern because of the sheer amount of noise in markets (international trade development, explosive technological advancements, changing demographics, change in geopolitical circumstances, change in banking regulations), but the US economy has been fundamentally weakening over the last fifty years. 

Then there's a secret CDC documents calling for another shutdown due to an explosion of the Corona virus and the uncertainty of what to do about it, if anything. 

Made a move into Radioactive Materials Remediation (I know weird move) and was hired by a large oil and gas company 2.5 years later as their Radioactive Materials Manager, learned explosives compliance along the way and spent my last 5 years there traveling all over the U.S. as their Corporate Radiation and Explosives Manager. 2017, Good Job, Good Pay, New Baby and then a heating fuel oil truck had a spill on my property and made its way into my home and under my homes footer, DEP got involved and to remediate it they had to tear down the house and we lost everything.

Undergoing a significant rehab can yield aggressive returns, but always increases the risk of unknowns and cost/scope explosions.

Is there going to be an explosion in homes for sale?

I don't doubt that rule will change as well with how explosive STR's have been. 

Finding properties where the math makes sense can be pretty tough in a market like Denver that also already seen so much explosive growth.

And hopes for a quick economic recovery from the coronavirus have been dashed by an explosion in new cases in Texas, California, Florida and other hotspots.

The Midwest has remanded (MOSTLY) stable through everything going on all around us during the crazy year we have all been through.Has anyone else experienced this explosion of out of state money coming in or has anyone started to look for different market here in the Midwest to invest in during this recent "mini real estate boom" we have been having?
