While the market has been limited in the greater Burlington area, the new build scene has exploded.

The demand for housing is expected to explode in the next few years, as the school anticipates 1,000 more students each year for the next 5-10 years.

Plymouth in northwestern orange and northern lake counties are all poised to explode over the next 5-10 years with the Wekiva Parkway toll system nearing completion of it's northwestern quadrant, 25 years in the making.

Sept 2nd and 3rd were quiet, and yesterday, my phone exploded.

The main reason is rent growth has exploded in the three major urban cores Oakland, San Jose and San Francisco since 2010; averaging 6.25% YoY according to RealPage. 

One good example of this is that the new 74 (Independence Blvd) opened and suddenly Idlewild area exploded because there isn't one stoplight between uptown and Idlewild anymore.. it flows well, and we've seen prices triple in that area since 2011.

That whole area is going to explode once official build plans are released and especially when construction starts .

It seems backwards to me, but those facebook ads and late night infomercials of people sitting on the beach sipping cocktails while their bank account explodes are very tempting I guess...
