I see it every day. 

Its barking is on and off, but almost every day there are easily blocks of 30-45 minutes when it's barking pretty much non-stop.

But I can't control every element of the neighborhoods I'm in, and I'm in those neighborhoods every day as a known quantity, the handyman landlord who owns multiple properties in the area.

If the inexperienced investor knew how much work, effort, time, analysis, negotiation, organization, capital, and knowledge it takes to successfully find, identify, evaluate, and close on a property that fits the criteria that gurus falsely claim they see 100’s of every day, 99% of them would abandon their real estate dreams” and pursue ostrich farms, mink breeding, or setting up a “down line” to sell condensed cleaning products that their “upline” has an exclusive distributorship on for the southwestern quadrant of Bisbee, Arizona.  

(The exception to this is loans based off prime which would typically be home equity lines of credit as the Fed funds rate does affect prime) The Federal Reserve meets 8 times a year, while the bond market which actually dictates mortgage interest rates is traded every second of every day of the year.

We introduced a new color scheme for our new construction homes.Once the exterior paint was finished, we realized that we strongly disliked the color we chose for the garage door.Easy fix, spend the money to repaint the garage door and update the color package for future homes.Hiccups like this happen every day in this industry.

Brampton was one of them and now it's going up everyday. durham and Hamilton were slow for a long time and they are catching up too at a faster pace.

Every day I have been learning this, and the people in this forum that already made it can definitely relate to what I'm about to say: there are no shortcuts. 

If you get the conventional mortgage and it records as a first lien that’s simple every day deal.

I've met people who love to party every day and Ive met people who know how to manage their time and be responsible tenants.
