I recently left my tech job to focus on different aspects of real estate investing including flipping, long term holds and real estate affiliate marketing.

Can anyone chime in on the billing/legality aspect?

My question is, if I want to remodel aspects of it to increases its valuation does it make sense to wait until I rent it out a year to someone or do it before hand ? 

I have hired another company to handle all other aspects of my financial needs.

Another key aspect of creating generational wealth is investing in high-quality properties.

Knowing other investors is a crucial aspect to growth because they are often the models you don't have in your real life.

I do love the networking aspect.

@Robert Lum  you bet you can troll around a site like BP read their books listen to the pod cast of those that are successful and talk about their business's.. its inspiring and motivational.but if you really want to learn the nuts and bolts you need to get in the game.the best and least expensive way to do that is to simply take a pre license course in your state.. learn the laws ( the real laws not the BS that is talk about on line).. terminology etc. then go to work with a brokerage in the aspect of Real estate that interest  you.. there you will get REAL training by those that are successful you get on a team.. you get paid as you learn.

If you have any bandwidth to discuss that aspect with me, I would love to pick your brain about you source deals and what is working for you in this current market.

My perceived risk at the time whether, right, wrong, or indifferent, the reward for me just wasn’t there.Good to know, definitely an aspect I will have to dig more into.
