Hey guys, I need help and I wouldn't trust anyone but me fellow Pocketeers to advise me.I'm 21 and my credit score is laughable and rather embarrassing ( go ahead and laugh at my pain, it's ok ).

I'm meeting with an investor in the morning and I don't want to embarrass myself by throwing out a ridiculous number. 

You'll be embarrassed that you didn't do both earlier, particularly when dating.

I plan to do what I read here and make offers that  are so low it would embarrass the most seasoned investor, what's the worst that could happen...they say no and I haven't lost a thing...but what if they say yes because they "hate" the money pit and they would pay me to take it..

If you're not embarrassed by the price of your offer it isn't low enough.....What is the worst that could happen if you offer $150k?

Personally I would be embarrassed to ask for credits for those items.

Yes, they were embarrassingly low and, no, they didn’t get accepted.

Also, if you do have a good preforeclosure lead, the last thing they want to admit is that they are in danger of being foreclosed on because it's usually new and it's embarrassing.

It was incredibly embarrassing to repeatedly tell her that they again needed to come the "next day" and see if she could be home.
