I'd assume it would have to be appraised as a business rather than a dwelling/real estate. 

Its just human nature and its up to the buyer to suss out if these are going to work for them..

If/when it comes up within tolerable levels for humans, it's on them now.3) If it comes up positive for dangerous mold: now you have a health hazard that would have gotten worse over time.

At the end of the day, we’re all humans and need each other.

Unfortunately, human nature is such that if I do spend hours, days, months vetting a sponsor, and ultimately sign off on them, I will already be biased to accepting the next deal they offer, regardless of whether it is good or not.  

Philadelphia happens to be better positioned than most to absorb life science assets because of the local human capital but look at all of the developments stalled or failing to break ground in University City because the developers can't obtain tenant commitments.

This is in FL and the lease says "We will not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury to persons or property occurring within your dwelling or upon the premises.

Go to meetups, walk neighborhoods, visit properties, meet humans.
