My difficulty is in finding a title company that will handle this transaction.

One can imagine this makes it difficult (ie more costly) when adequate guidance is not given.

The usual rules regarding number of loans you can have at one time would apply.One of the difficulties I'm experiencing is with debt to income ratio.

And with the housing supply increasing and the difficulty qualifying for a loan at 7% interest rates, people that need to sell may start to lower their cost.  

We are inheriting some tenants that have historically had some difficulty paying. 

If your cash flow can't cover property expenses and/or you have difficulty keeping a tenant there for long, are you comfortable taking on the monthly payments with the car loan?

In my mind, plumbing adds an order of magnitude in difficulty when comparing it to adding just a bedroom. 

A number of landlords have also expressed difficulties with the program's bureaucracy and administrative procedures.As with any other application, it's imperative to thoroughly screen Section 8 tenants in order to reduce dangers.
