Summary: 7 loans outstanding: 4 in foreclosure, 1 in default - trying to develop a plan before I begin foreclosing, 1 current, but has needed multiple payoff extensions, 1 current with no issues.

It's one of the hottest markets in the US right now with so much population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here (26B Intel headquarters being built here, 68K+ enrollment in Ohio State University, Amazon, FB, Google, Honda, Nationwide, Anduril, etc.).

I recently bought a commercial condo (retail) and have been going through hoops with the seller (developer) to make changes to make the space ADA compliant.

You develop relationships with a handle of people that are creating notes and you help them recapitalize, it is like a conveyor belt of deals coming to you.  

And they execute their investment strategy/model (develop, resell, hold, etc.) effectively to generate a return and/or equity and make a living.

Honestly, I never fully understood what they meant—until recently.I’ve been diving into some larger-scale real estate projects, specifically in commercial properties and multifamily development.

Conversely, a new built A class SFR, in A class market of significant growth via a well laid out planned city development, great schools, area people are glamouring to move to, a-class tenants, very very low risk.

those that dont know CA have no clue how much development is there and there is no way its going to crash like a detroit or something.
