I have had "meetings" with a few brokers and honestly am unable to decipher between all the fluff (we will make you successful, we have endless training, our average agent produces $7 million and makes $150K etc.) and brokers who will genuinely provide support and help you grow.

When I did took this approach, I realized that my ROE was less than I could make in a syndication.Houses started getting listed, and money started moving from SFR to passive apartment syndications, and I am making more money with less work.I do have a different background than most, working for commercial owner/operators since 2007, so like to think I understand where assumptions make sense and how to decipher unrealistic underwriting.

Thanks Kenneth Garrentt.The cost is 6% so for 2 year lease renewal it will be over 4k.Is it ok to post part that is tricky to decipher in my contract here?
