I've only been selling out here for 5 years now,but I'm finding amazing properties and equity daily.

Its already too many opportunities to fail if you are in the same town, on top of it daily.

Upon sale, gains are taxed as long-term capital gains, calculated as the sale proceeds minus your adjusted basis (initial investment reduced by any return of capital).

Sometimes you can find a large enough company that you can sub everything out to them and get paid on a commission or flat fee basis, or you can get the property platted and sell it that way.

Of those that do own a 2nd home near Los Angeles, many of those homes are weekend get away homes which are typically smaller than what they live in daily.  

We intake county record updates daily.

If you are just looking to invest your money then make a 1,2 or 5 year financial plan. work that back as much as you can hopefully into daily action items or at least weekly goals.

They did not make me aware of the daily compounding interest this would cost me.
