Snow plowing is an emergency service , we are on call 24/7 for the entire winter , the prices you pay cover the salt that we stock , the prep for each storm , the desalting of the trucks , the overtime .

They repeatedly charge me for cleaning services while my property has been vacant for 2+ months.

And a deal in my opinion is one that will 1. pay for itself(All property expenses) and 2. pay the debt service(if necessary) and 3. put money into my pocket each month.
