I have purchased many used cars, even at auctions, and NONE of them have Sirius XM, Onboard navigation, heated/cooled leather seats, etc....

I was never sure what caused it, but someone told me that leather will do this if not cured right.

So, I start swiping, now my apartment that I just signed a 2-year lease on, has a brand new 65'' flat screen, PS3, laptop, I pod (new touch screen version of course) leather sofas, fancy dining set, the whole 9.

We keep leather gloves, ratchet straps and a moving blanket in the tire compartment in the RAV4 at all times.

Many hosts swear by leather.

Do you recommend leather or fabric?

The information is not dated, is not inaccurate, and the MLS will email it to me when I am not "looking in the system".As an investor, (not a realtor), no "database" is as important as good old shoe-leather.  

I used that to get cigarette smells out of my leather seats in my car, and it worked wonders.Coffee grounds can also work in a similar fashion.Also, open the windows and bring in some big box fans.  

How do I catch one of my crocodiles for a barbecue?
