Here's the thing, I find it from time and time again that they inflate costs and it is something you cannot manage and you are completely in their mercy for integrity and they know it.There's us walking from a white collar talking to them, a blue collar dude that can't wait to gtfo of that situation, it's sheep for the taking unless you can pin these guys down for work which they will often ditch yours for others in the neighborhood.The reality is, if you have dealt with them which I'm sure you have, finding a "good" and "truly" loyal GC takes a LOT of effort.
