Its been a real roller coaster ride with VRBO the last few years but unfortunately about 99% of my bookings come through them.

Reading that introduction makes me realize how much of a roller coaster life can be.

The goal is to constantly refine the process so that I have less ones that do not work out versus those that do.Good luck and try to accept that investing in real estate can be like a mental roller coaster.

Honestly, the use of the loss vs. a 1031 made things simpler (at least in my mind), as the purchase of the apartments has been a roller coaster ride with a ton of moving parts (I'll be posting more about that in another post).

We later would learn on future projects that the things we thought were issues on this home weren't really issues at all, but this home taught us to deal with the emotional roller coaster of the unexpected, and I think learning that is the most valuable thing we've learned in Real Estate.

Hey everyone, I am with a title company and I must say, on my end in dealing with HOA's, it has been a "ride"... a roller coaster.

Ther is also a roller coaster of emotional highs and lows.
