I built my real estate business during the social media craze without any of those. 

I’ve been spending time there since I was a child and it feels like a great place, (except for the high crime and drug use, areas which I would never invest in…).

I booked a place for 5 adults and 1 child (16 y/o) plus 2 dogs a couple months ago because of it being the holiday weekend.  

The child (property) stuck in between.

This first one is my problem child. 

Since 2020 I have gotten married, had 2 children, taken in my grandmother in law and have a 3rd child on the way. 

Once they step on the oven door, the BOILING hot pot will spill all over your poor child's head giving them 3rd degree burns that will require skin grafts if it doesn't kill them".

I was invested in multi-family, but like ss much better because it's just steel and concrete...the tenants can't damage it and no one ever calls me at 6am complaining that their child flushed a toy down the toilet like you get in multi-family.

Are you going to run a full background check on these people or are you going to just risk your family with renting to a potential child molester or serial killer?
