My wife is a realtor with century 21 on the island of Oahu.

I use to work as a Century 21 realtor and from my own personal experiences, i found that good advertising can be very effective granted, you advertise in the right places.

Also, all the major firms (Century 21, ERA, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker...) offer the pre-licensure class for free.

I see them as a person that works for century 21.

if a agent works say for century 21 can they sell property and get the comission on the side like a side job if they on their own find a home and get it sold do they have to pay their boss even if this was a privet thing between them and the seller and buyer?

Now don't get me wrong, there are somethings he points out that I agree with 100%, but hard to claim you can review investors, when you haven't been an investor yourself for almost a quarter century.
