In your comps you want to only have them built just a few years apart.As for Price Utah, it is in Carbon county and I don't see a lot happening there.

It looks like Cincinnati you MUST have photo, they RECOMMEND both photo and ion, they RECOMMEND interconnect only the carbon monoxide alarms (does this make sense), you CANNOT install in a  kitchen or within 10 feet of heat, you MUST have smoke in the bedrooms, you MUST have Carbon Monoxide outside the bedrooms.
