This book is a gem.

I have listened to many of the BP podcast episodes, read many articles, attended a few webinars with Brandon Turner, and I just bought Turner and Dorkin's new book (I have not read it yet though).

I’ve since joined BP and have devoured every podcast and decent book I could find, and have finally gotten to where I feel a lot more comfortable with real estate investing.

Ken's book is really great and focuses on mid to large MFH apartment complex acquisition. 

Hey @David McReynolds The first book I read was Rich Dad Poor Dad.

It's funny how events like these can refocus and reconstruct your perspectives on a lot of things.Suddenly, I started remembering the "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" book I ready a decade ago, and how much that changed my perspective of assets at the time, yet took no action about it.
