In the last few days, there have been new flooding issues due to the amount of rain collecting into drainage streams, rivers, swamps, etc.

You/Me need to become the absolute experts on this--its your blood sweat & tears. 

Helens now to be fair he is quite brilliant at construction owns a HUGE underground construction company that he sold to his employees  and loves these type of off the main stream projects and has put many hours into it.. and not made a dime LOL.. he donated one of the fully built homes to the local collage..

IMO a bigger red flag would be poor record keeping on expenses and other documentation that would indicate property condition.Anyway, you're ultimately purchasing the income stream that *you* can achieve, not what the seller achieved.

Regarding your 2nd floor kitchen faucet that is experiencing low water pressure, it's likely a simple fix such as the faucet aerator (a screen that helps create a smooth stream of water).

Maybe you can do both to produce multiple income streams?
