My best advice, if your friend does move in, is to set up front what expectations you have (you mow the lawn every other week or first week of the months, whatever).

To clarify, I'm not having trouble getting loans for my LLC, I just see posts and hear on the podcasts about people getting "up to 10" conventional mortgages for properties they buy as investments and don't live in. I

Maybe there are things I don't know and haven't factored in. I

Previously, when I logged in I just saw all the numbers that were my initial investments assuming there were no payouts.

Buying a place to live in is completely different than buying a place for investment.   

I have not yet bought a note as they have been slow to roll in (I am particular about performing first position) and there was a hiccup initially with my setup but i have seen a few come across in the past month.
