First you put people on the phone, so that is an intimate situation, second you lead off telling them that they are basically guaranteed to make $500k and will do so for as long as it takes until they get there, then later say it costs $15-40k .. they even say once you make the $500k you'll get the $15k-40k back.What is most disappointing about this is as I did my diligence after the call I found a youtube video of a lady who is NOT a high/medium income individual give her review of the program and she had nothing bad to say about it, she just said she was unsuccessful because she didn't put in enough effort because she had too many life situations going on.

So basically Redfin/Zillow/MLS is just not going to be a great resource for finding deals.

@David Krulac  thanks, out of curiosity I called my insurance agent for flood quote $4442/year for basic building 100k coverage in flood zone area of AE! 

It was basically a gut job.

It will familiarize you with the basic terminology and benefits.

It’s not the most simple task unfortunately - definitely requires some technical skill.

One can do well with low price high risk but max leverage and thinking our going to sit in your barcolounger while you let your tenants pay for your retirement is not reality unless you live there and work it basically daily..

So, you basically sell this home to a proverbial John Doe, who signs a contract to pay for 30 years little less in monthly payments than what he currently pays anyway to rent apartment where he lives, with no prospect of ever owning it.5.
