I built this pricing engine as a good way for people to keep tabs on where DSCR rates are at for any given scenario without having to submit any personal details.  

Being an engineer, I am wondering if there are areas[deal analysis,  underwriting,  acquisition, financing, or investment/funding)  where some automation (intelligent insight, reasoning, and decision support) can help you grow the business. 

You could consider it disposable but I am guess the costs to get it safe for habitation will really impact your decision.Regarding the house on stilts, if it is properly engineered it would be considered real property with a unique foundation.

If your boots on the ground is on the same page, there shouldn't be any reason why you cannot.Refer to the Systems Engineering V model.  

Like when an Engine quits its Boeing.. but Boeing does not make Engines its Pratt and Whitney and GE and Rolls royce make  90% of Jet Engines !  

So Basically as mentioned by Metro Water, consulting with a Civil Engineer to get a quote to understand the projected cost of the project. 

Wanted to start a thread and hopefully gain some insight into folks who have purchased automotive dealership lot/store fronts and leased them out? 

I assume you know how to interact with your architects and engineers.

If anyone has any recommendations for an Architectural Designer or Structural Engineer who can help design and put the plans together that would be awesome.
