I just don't know how to find these properties.I've looked around the county(Franklin) auditor website and can find tax information on specific properties, but I'm wondering if there is a way to find a list of properties on which back taxes are owed.I understand that all county auditor websites are different, but is it possible that I could find a list of all properties or owners that owe back taxes?

The auditor's site still shows the 2005 purchaser as the owner.

Holding for 12 months or 24 months certainly helps support your contention that you had the intent to hold, but if the auditor can show that you always had the intent to flip all along, then they holding period will not matter.

However, where these guys veered off course was trying to put together equity deals and hybrid debt/equity deals that were clearly outside their realm of expertise as evidenced by underwriting, checks/balances and controls that would've made a 1980s Savings & Loan auditor wince.

Minna,Have been through several and just recently purchased a property that was listed as a 2 bedroom on the county auditors site only to walk through the house to find out it is a 3 bedroom.
