Raleigh has more of a college atmosphere but both have lots of well educated young people. 

Don't ever change the atmosphere of this site.

The resources available here are excellent and I am really enjoying the atmosphere and content.I'm a 24-year-old husband and father.

The 'guru' type atmospheres are usually just cash generating platforms for said gurus; so I would definitely caution against throwing out large sums of money for something like that. 

Big buckets of crab, brown paper table cloth, cool atmosphere. 

Those guys are probably better folks to have relations with than these folks who subscribe to secret knowledge and club type atmospheres.  

We'll have a soda fountain, mechanical bull (yep, I'm serious), karaoke room, pool table, 500 sq ft skylight (if permit passes) and a hip and cool atmosphere opened up to my local real estate investor friends.  

Raised in a foster home because my mother, a single parent, unable to raise me in a normal family atmosphere, she paid $7.00 week for my room and board, I got a job selling newspaper in Baltimore on a corner at 33rd and Greenmount and rode the street car with the Sun Papers under one arm and the News American under the other at age13, by the time I got home with the little change I made jingling in my pockets, my arms were black from the printers ink.But I was happy.

Some of them literally live in homeless shelters.She's pretty sick of the atmosphere there and is applying at schools in the suburbs.
