Hey everyone,Using the template,Our Story/Goals: I am a recent Graduate with a Civil Engineering degree and a job i have been at for about a year for a large asphalt laving contractor in the state of Wisconsin.

I have a pre-approval from the bank and am now at the stage of hitting the pavement and checking out neighborhoods where I've scouted out homes. 

Yes, 'gurus" and YouTube videos teach you the basics, but we have to get our feet on the pavement to really understand them.

What do you know about the condition of CapEx things (roods, windows, siding, pavement, structural) will they make it for 5 years? 

I just saw a small kid in Worcester pushed an AC out a second story window and the AC and kid landed on the pavement so I have considering sending a notice to remind tenants that AC should be secured. 

Asphalted the entrance driveway, set up a proper management system, added cameras, etc.
