Sounds like you're in a pickle with that annoying neighbor's camera.You cannot manage your neighbor's camera, but you can add privacy protections to your pool area.

It gets annoying.

The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.

You certainly can 1031 exchange from CA to Hawaii, although the California Franchise Tax Board will make it a little more annoying by forcing you file a new form (Form 3840) each year after you sell...failure to file the form will result in taxes owed. 

The thought of jumping ship to someone who gets on my nerves more is annoying. 

The draw fees can be annoying if you do more than 3 draws.

I can't remember the last time such a seemingly innocuous statement had me so annoyed. 

If you some how make a mistake on the exact change (I have done this) the cashier MAY be willing to accept a few dollars or cents in cash to get to the exact amount but this annoys them.

I'll probably just end up paying the goofball so I dont have to deal with him, its only a couple grand, but its still really annoying and a simple phone call or text would have prevented this.
