The quality of people in his community is exceptional - yes there are world class experts, yes they hustle and are brilliant.

We stick to high quality neighborhoods and homes and are doing really well with it.

Full disclosure, I only deal in LTR at the moment, but I know when I am not getting the quality applicants or volume that I want, I will lower the price by $50 to $100 per week to spur more applications. 

A few small touches, like high-quality linens and a welcome guide, can make a big difference. 

Buyers expect premium finishes, so skimping on quality can hurt resale potential.
