Things like cabinets vanities, you should talk to other investors, home depot and lowes has particle board cabinets over the counter and they are the lowest grade and their nice stuff is too expensiveBut rest of the stuff you can use them unless you are doing volume business, it is kind of different if you are doing 1 or 2 houses versus 20 houses

Aloha,Sounds like you are using a low grade product, probably particle board cabinet/doors with vinyl or melamine covering.

The kitchen cabinets are made of particle board and a wood grain film that is peeling off...although you could paint them for the short term, it would be temporary.

These are all great reasons to throw out and update the cabinets from the old particle board or built-in cabinets that haven't been on trend since the flat screen TV came on to market!

@Matt McGuireBe careful, the filters designed to catch very small particles might restrict airflow that what you've been using, which can throw the system out of balance.

C and D get particle board lol.

That said, the spray can, the aerosol spray can, carbonated water, Legos, paper clips, zippers, etc, all came out of Scandinavia.

We have done it over old laminate, we just sand with and orbital to prep per the instructions, and we have also used it directly on new custom cut  particle board and/or mdf counter tops. 

Only negative is, you don't know when you have a leak because it's always looking full. .Just be aware that sand filters (like cartridge) do not filter very small particles.
