@Ronald Perich If you look on your dashboard (the home icon in the top left of the blue bar at the top of the screen), you'll be able to find a feed of all the activity on the site that is being conducted by your colleagues.Here's an image to help you with that:

In every instance (in the signup process, under profile settings, and in the dashboard box feed), I was unable to find any issues.

I'm wondering if anyone else here is using Cozy is seeing a delay in the ACH transfer this month; my dashboard show the payment having been made, but as of today the money still has not hit my bank account.

You don't need the note dash board app to be compliant with any SDIRA regs.

Hello,I am trying to find a property management software (if possible online) that I can use do do accounting for my properties, but that will also track the equity in each property using current market values (is possible pulling them from Zillow, but I'm OK entering them myself) and tracking my mortgages and the additional principal that gets paid off every month.Ideally, I'd like to have a dashboard that will track the net worth of the portfolio over time, and use not only the rental income, but also any equity increase to determine overall ROI.I've tried out about 15 online property management solutions, but most of them seem to be built for management companies that manage properties on behalf of third party investors, and are lacking the above features.Does anyone know about any software that would do the above, without missing some of the essential property management features (such as full ledger accounting for example).Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

The dashboard is clean, setup is easy, and my tenant doesn't have to do anything as she is set up for automatic draws just as she wanted.

This thread is 2yrs old, but showed up on my dashboard so figured I would chime in. 

I did it with a new truck when I started by the book (with a calendar) until it was fully depreciated, but today  for me on just a few rentals, the recording keeping costs would outweigh the deduction and inconvenience (so I have left off vehicle expense and no vehicle depreciation last few years) but sounds like you may be using your car more and could be worth the time to be bullet proof....There is a potential gap in the reality and rules for me (see my mixed use life below), but if you have an inclination to track miles and purposes and facts closely, it is a nice potential deduction (and what your vehicle has on the dash board is not enough, but some of the apps, like a mileage IQ, could have potential but even those may not be adequate until full tested/vetted in my view, but tech is promising and they make some strong claim...).

Trying to build an excel investor dashboard and looking for any ideas on the metrics to track.  

I almost immediately got the high bid confirmation and I had no exit choice, it seemed, although I guess I could have not clicked the “confirm bid” button on my dashboard, which was sent on Sept. 2nd .
