Funny thing had a skype call this morning at 230 am with New Zealand and Charleston came up again.

For a long time, this was the method used in New Zealand.

In New Zealand and OZ you can't do anything hardly without a bank account.

But at the end of the day if you want bullet proof capital growth then places like New Zealand or Australia are the nations to buy in.

In some parts of America and in all parts of New Zealand and Australia appreciation is basically guaranteed and ALL properties are negative cash flow but your values increase annually.

If money is no obstacle: Wanaka, New Zealand or Zermatt, Switzerland would be at the top of my list.
